Let's learn how to make Tulsi or Basil chai
In order to reap the benefits of Tulsi or basil leaves you need the following ingredients:
10-12 fresh Tulsi leaves
2 cups of water
1tsp honey
1/2 lemon
Method:
Add fresh Tulsi leaves to 2 cups of water.
Cover the pan with the lid and boil on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
Strain the water using a strainer.
Keep aside for few minutes to let it warm.
Add lemon juice and honey.
Drink warm 3- 4 times a day to get relief from ailments.

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Standing Hand to Big Toe Front Pose)
Begin in a standing position with arms at your sides.
Raise your left leg straight forward and simultaneously extend your left arm forward to touch your left toe.
Strive to maintain balance for 1 to 2 minutes.
Experience a stretch in your back during this posture.
Return your hand to its initial position and lower your left leg to the ground.
Repeat the same sequence with your right leg.
Extension: For a deeper stretch, bend forward, aiming to touch your head to your knees while grasping the toe with your thumb.
Helpful Tips: You can start balancing on your one leg by using a chair or a table .
